This style of capture involves patience, graceful posing and soft environments. Many of our clients choose to have these shots done inside a home or studio setting, but also creating unique shots outside with natural sunlight.

While maternity photography is a specialized category of beauty and portrait, new born photography on the other hand is very unique. It's the only type of photography where the person in front of the lens needs to be posed and moved exactly how the photographer sees fit.

There are many elements that contribute to a successful portrait session. Based on the type of shoot (Beauty, Family, Maternity, Senior Portraits etc.), get a grasp on the type of feeling you would like achieve when you look at your images. 2) GUIDANCE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Most people have never had a personal portrait session, and we get it, it can be nerve-racking. But it helps when your photographer is ready to guide you every step of the way. Of course, it always makes it easier when you're having a blast during your session.
Our goal isn't to have you make facial expressions you've never made, or pose like you're a Sports Illustrated or GQ model (if you are, that's great and you will make our lives super easy), but we want to capture your NATURAL expressions. That means making you laugh, think, sigh, giggle, ponder - those are the expressions that will be visible and create the emotions in the images we take.
Capturing emotions tells stories. Your stories are what define you, and that's what needs to be expressed.
We will even suggest a time, location and environment to shoot in if you're fresh out of ideas. Once we understand what type of look you're going for (if you have a preference), we'll take care of the rest!

Adding the finishing touches involves editing and enhancing those images to set the tone as per your liking. That means brining out the dark clouds if you're looking for moody images, and brightening the sun and skies if you're looking for bright and airy images.
